π― What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients in assigned territory
- Manage full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to replicate playbooks
- Track pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools
π Requirements
- 3+ years of outbound sales in B2B environments
- Experience in financial, banking, or insurance industry
- Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Working proficiency in Spanish and English

- Experience replicating sales best practices across regions
- Background working with cross-functional stakeholders
