You will lead a high-performing data engineering team, defining the strategic direction and ensuring scalable, reliable data infrastructure. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive data-driven initiatives and shape the future of data engineering at HG Insights.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years experience in data engineering, 5+ years in leadership
• Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed data systems
• Deep expertise in Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and ETL processes

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic roadmap for Data Engineering
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers
• Oversee development and optimization of scalable data pipelines and platforms
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams
• Drive adoption of new tools and methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness
