You'll drive self-service BI strategy, mentor analysts, and ensure metrics governance to build a strategic data culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor BI analysts (L1/L2/L3), defining goals and feedback.
• Hire and retain top analytics talent, supporting career growth.
• Oversee dashboard design standards, semantic modeling, and SQL best practices.
• Plan and prioritize team deliverables balancing multiple stakeholder requests.
• Define and lead self-service BI strategy with Tableau, Power BI, Redash.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or quantitative field.
• Advanced English for executive presentations and fluent communication.
• Proven track record building BI teams that act as strategic business partners.
• Strong business acumen and ability to synthesize complex information.
