You will partner with production supervisors and managers to implement employee engagement and retention strategies, provide day-to-day HR support, conduct employee relations investigations, and collaborate across HR centers of excellence to support frontline teams. This role is critical to fostering a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture for a fast-growing company redefining the electric vehicle marketplace.

Requirements

• Experience in HR generalist role with focus on employee relations and leadership partnership
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Ability to commute daily to Blythewood, SC office
• Willingness to travel occasionally for company events

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent visibility on the production floor to proactively support leaders and employees
• Coach supervisors on people leadership, performance management, and effective communication
• Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution
• Lead initiatives focused on change management, culture building, and organizational effectiveness
