Description

You will plan and execute verification testing of Archer's Propulsion Tilt-rotor system at component and integrated system levels. You will develop test plans, process data, investigate issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and compliance with aerospace standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or related)
• 3+ years experience testing safety-critical systems (aerospace, automotive, or healthcare)
• Experience with requirements-based testing and actuation control systems
• Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, RS485)
• Strong experience with Python or MATLAB data processing and analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans to validate Electric Engine Tilt-rotor system
• Design and execute requirements-based verification tests on custom test-stands
• Process test data and prepare technical test reports
• Investigate emergent issues to determine root cause and drive product improvements
• Develop and improve test stands and tooling
