Description

You will support the Mechanical Maintenance and Operations team in maintaining facility systems like HVAC, pumps, and chillers, performing preventive maintenance, and learning troubleshooting under senior technicians. This internship offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years mechanical maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Familiarity with HVAC, pumps, valves, and utility systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Basic understanding of CMMS tools like Maximo
• Knowledge of safety procedures (LOTO, confined space)

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining facility systems (HVAC, pumps, chillers, process utilities)
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Participate in daily rounds and equipment inspections
• Learn mechanical assembly/disassembly and basic troubleshooting
• Document work activities in CMMS (e.g., Maximo)
