💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the end-to-end onboarding of veterinary clinics onto Vetcove's platform, guiding them through setup, training, and data migrations. Project manage multiple concurrent implementations from kickoff to go-live, collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams. You may travel up to 10-15% for on-site go-lives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the entire implementation lifecycle from planning to go-live.
• Act as key liaison between clinics and internal teams.
• Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables.
• Deliver training and support for system configuration and data imports.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects in SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
