💼 About This Role

You'll build, scale, and lead the plant quality function for Scout Motors' electric vehicle manufacturing in South Carolina. You'll own end-to-end production quality vision and execution, defining quality culture, strategy, and systems for a new OEM. You'll inspire large teams to deliver excellence every day while honoring the heritage of an iconic American brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale the Production Quality organization across plant, supplier, warranty, and customer experience.
• Define and execute the Production Quality strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Design and implement production quality processes within the Business Management System.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Purchasing to embed quality.

📋 Requirements

• 15 years of experience in automotive production quality.
• At least 5 years in an executive leadership role in an OEM.
• Expertise in new product launches.
• Bachelor degree required; Master degree preferred.
