You'll collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance value frameworks and drive deal acceleration. This role offers the chance to shape Vanta's value engineering practice and influence enterprise deals across diverse market segments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize ROI models for different market segments.
• Edit and enhance the existing value framework for pre-sales and post-sales.
• Report on the internal impact of Value Engineering initiatives.
• Coach account executives on using ROI assets in sales deals.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in value engineering or sales enablement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of ROI metrics and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics software.
