💼 About This Role

You'll join Sword Health's Consumer Growth team to build and optimize AI-driven backend systems for their healthcare platform. You'll ensure high-performance, scalable services that power AI sessions for 700k+ members across three continents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI-powered backend workflows
• Write high-performance, reusable code in Golang or NodeJS
• Develop analytics dashboards and data visualization tools
• Monitor production performance and run load tests

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of web development experience
• Proficiency in Golang or NodeJS
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
• Experience with AI coding agents and spec-driven development

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of caching software like Memcached or Redis
• Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment tools
