💼 About This Role

You'll train and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs in a full-time Lead Preceptor role at BAYADA Home Health Care. You will provide one-on-one clinical training while maintaining a small patient caseload, ensuring exceptional home health care for adult and geriatric patients. This role offers a unique blend of education and direct patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs
• Provide one-on-one clinical training during home visits
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager and Clinical Educator on competencies
• Perform assigned duties of RN Case Manager including medication and wound care

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum one year of recent Home Health experience
