You'll build tool-using AI agents embedded in real workflows across HR, Sales, and more. Your work will shape how BetterUp wins in the AI era. You'll have the latitude to act with direct executive support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map workflows and define success metrics for automation
• Build MCP servers, stateful sub-agents, and instrumentation
• Integrate with Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Okta, Workday, AWS
• Build reusable skills and tools for the company

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience with real systems at scale
• Ability to translate non-technical workflows into agents
• Full-lifecycle ownership from discovery to production
• Experience with Claude and MCP
