💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical architecture for fraud and AML detection systems, building scalable rule engines and real-time monitoring pipelines. You'll own detection logic end-to-end, collaborating with data engineering and risk analytics to protect the Teya ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve fraud detection architecture, event flows, and scoring components.
• Lead analysts in refining technical detection rules and creating testing frameworks.
• Integrate ML-based risk scores and behavioral signals into the rule engine.
• Manage a small team of technical analysts focused on rules design and monitoring logic.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in fraud/risk engineering or technical fraud analytics.
• Hands-on experience with fraud rules engines or transaction monitoring systems.
• Strong SQL and familiarity with distributed data systems like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and stream processing (Kafka, Flink).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with fraud platforms like Feedzai or Featurespace.
• Python experience for data analysis or prototype testing.
• Prior experience in merchant acquiring or high-velocity payments.
