You'll join Elk Valley Resources to support environmental compliance and water management at steelmaking coal mines. You'll assist with monitoring, sampling, and research for reclamation and geotechnical projects. This co-op offers hands-on experience in a breathtaking outdoor setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Update environmental data and reporting in Environmental Data Management System
• Assist with on-site research, monitoring, sampling, and reclamation inspections
• Track water movement, manage water and treatment projects
• Support wildlife monitoring and Biodiversity Management Plan updates

📋 Requirements

• Working towards an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Forestry or Hydrology
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License without learner's restrictions
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
