Description

SoFi is searching for a North America Payroll Manager to lead and scale payroll operations across the US and Canada. You'll ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while leveraging advanced payroll technologies and data analytics to drive automation and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive multi-state and Canadian payroll experience
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
• Deep proficiency in Workday Payroll administration and configuration
• Hands-on experience with data analytics and ETL tools

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payroll activities for US and Canada
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and provincial wage laws
• Support audits by maintaining SOX controls and documentation
• Serve as functional owner for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence
• Leverage ETL tools to automate workflows and build workforce dashboards
