Description

You will design, develop, and manage controls systems for manufacturing automation, including factory ideation, machine commissioning, and hand-off to sustainment teams. You'll architect PLC code, enforce standards, integrate software, and lead root cause analysis to ensure reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Robotics, CS, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar
• 8+ years of experience in controls and automation in production environment
• Strong PLC programming on Rockwell and Siemens platforms
• Proficient in Ignition SCADA development
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage controls systems for manufacturing factories
• Architect, write, and debug PLC code for high-volume manufacturing
• Generate and enforce internal standards for controls systems and safety
• Integrate FactoryOS software into automation equipment and production lines
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation failures
