💼 About This Role

You'll perform bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. Your work ensures low-mileage, late-model cars meet quality standards. This role offers a $4,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare premiums.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform heavy plastic welding on vehicle panels
• Conduct minor metal pulling and stud welding
• Complete roof and rocker panel repairs
• Handle large area heavy bodywork including Bondo repair

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with mandatory overtime
