You'll lead facilities operations and power generation for xAI's hyperscale AI compute facilities. You'll own the day-to-day performance of mission-critical data center infrastructure and high-capacity networking. This high-impact role requires deep expertise in hyperscale operations and building high-performing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale facilities operations and power generation teams
• Direct fiber teams for high-capacity networking infrastructure
• Own key performance metrics for uptime, PUE, and availability
• Develop SOPs, preventive maintenance, and incident response protocols

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data center operations
• 2+ years in a management role
• Experience with fiber optic networks and dark fiber
• Deep knowledge of power generation systems and MEP

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in AI or hyperscale data center operations
• Experience with liquid cooling systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
