You'll define project scope, manage customer onboarding from intake to go-live, and make configuration recommendations based on customer needs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define project scope, requirements, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage customer onboarding from initial call to go-live.
• Configure applications based on customer requirements.
• Document all implementation activities per defined processes.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience implementing or supporting software.
• Healthcare EDI knowledge (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270/271).
• Project management fundamentals experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce.com experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
