🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead deployment planning and implementation for enterprise accounts
• Monitor portfolio health using AI-augmented signals
• Drive product adoption through live working sessions
• Deliver executive business reviews connecting usage to business impact

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success or technical account management
• Experience managing enterprise accounts ($1M+ ARR)
• Fluency in data analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• Ability to lead deployment projects from scoping to delivery

• Experience with AI agents or machine learning workflows
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and renewals/expansion cycles
• Portuguese or Spanish language skills
