• Lead engineering team to develop features for Affinidi Elements product
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX to maintain quality bar
• Advocate for product quality, security, and performance improvements
• Mentor and coach engineers for career growth

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading engineering teams delivering production-quality products
• Strong leadership in setting vision and mentoring global teams
• Hands-on coding skills with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Cloud-native experience (AWS serverless, microservices)
