🎯 What You'll Do

  • Oversee food production for restaurant, banquets, and events
  • Take charge of kitchen operations when Chef is away
  • Train, guide, and manage kitchen staff
  • Assist with inventory, pricing, and cost controls

📋 Requirements

  • At least 2 years of kitchen experience
  • Proven track record in supervisory or management roles
  • State or Serve Safe certification
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in high-volume or resort dining
  • Knowledge of Pacific-Northwest cuisine
  • Culinary degree or formal training
