🎯 What You'll Do
- Oversee food production for restaurant, banquets, and events
- Take charge of kitchen operations when Chef is away
- Train, guide, and manage kitchen staff
- Assist with inventory, pricing, and cost controls
📋 Requirements
- At least 2 years of kitchen experience
- Proven track record in supervisory or management roles
- State or Serve Safe certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in high-volume or resort dining
- Knowledge of Pacific-Northwest cuisine
- Culinary degree or formal training
