💼 About This Role

You'll support legal, governance, and compliance functions at LoiZéro, a nonprofit advancing safe AI research. You'll negotiate contracts, integrate legal considerations into AI product development, and help shape intellectual property strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, negotiate, and manage various agreements (vendor, partnership, IP, data, employment, NDA).
• Implement scalable contract management processes.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams on legal and AI responsibility.
• Support corporate secretariat functions (board meetings, agendas, minutes, resolutions).

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of legal practice experience.
• Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec.
• Fully bilingual (French and English).
