You'll own full-cycle recruiting for the US market at a fast-growing OpenTelemetry-native observability platform. Your core impact will be partnering with leadership to secure top talent across Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product. This role offers a unique chance to shape hiring strategy in a Series B-backed startup with world-class investors.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end hiring for Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product roles
- Actively source and nurture passive talent in Observability and Cloud ecosystems
- Partner with leadership on intake sessions, competencies, and headcount planning
- Implement scalable hiring processes like interview rubrics and calibration sessions
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B tech/SaaS
- Proficiency with Ashby ATS
- Global mindset with experience navigating NA and EMEA talent markets
- Strong proactive sourcing skills delivering curated candidate experience
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Observability or Cloud Infrastructure ecosystem
- Experience with headcount planning and organizational design at a startup
- Background recruiting for technical roles (engineering, DevOps, SRE)
