You'll own full-cycle recruiting for the US market at a fast-growing OpenTelemetry-native observability platform. Your core impact will be partnering with leadership to secure top talent across Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product. This role offers a unique chance to shape hiring strategy in a Series B-backed startup with world-class investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product roles
  • Actively source and nurture passive talent in Observability and Cloud ecosystems
  • Partner with leadership on intake sessions, competencies, and headcount planning
  • Implement scalable hiring processes like interview rubrics and calibration sessions

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B tech/SaaS
  • Proficiency with Ashby ATS
  • Global mindset with experience navigating NA and EMEA talent markets
  • Strong proactive sourcing skills delivering curated candidate experience

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Observability or Cloud Infrastructure ecosystem
  • Experience with headcount planning and organizational design at a startup
  • Background recruiting for technical roles (engineering, DevOps, SRE)
