You'll transform raw on-chain and ecosystem data into actionable insights that shape Tempo's protocol and growth strategies, working closely with engineers and product. You'll build Tempo's data foundation from 0 to 1 and embed quantitative rigor into decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design north star metrics for business and protocol health.
• Establish data pipelines and self-serve dashboards.
• Translate metrics into guidance for product and partnerships.
• Design and evaluate strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience as Data Scientist or Analytics Engineer.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis libraries.
• Strong grounding in statistics, modeling, and experimental design.
• Experience analyzing blockchain data (on-chain analytics, DeFi, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with EVM-compatible chains and smart contract data.
• Experience with on-chain indexing tools.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling.
