- Resolve complex supplier issues via phone, email, and chat
- Verify and process regulatory documents like insurance and safety manuals
- Log all interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud and follow up
- Support customer billing and subscription inquiries
๐ Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments
- PC applications and CRM systems proficiency
- High attention to detail and adaptability

- Familiarity with compliance documentation and supplier onboarding
- Additional language fluency
- Salesforce experience
