๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Resolve complex supplier issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Verify and process regulatory documents like insurance and safety manuals
  • Log all interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud and follow up
  • Support customer billing and subscription inquiries

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environments
  • PC applications and CRM systems proficiency
  • High attention to detail and adaptability

  • Familiarity with compliance documentation and supplier onboarding
