💼 About This Role

You'll maintain client budgets and media buys, acting as a liaison between planning, finance, and client teams. You'll ensure accuracy in data entry and reconciliation, coordinating with shared services and vendors. This role offers exposure to media finance systems like Media Ocean and Tableau reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate budget control reports and spend tracking using Excel and Tableau
• Enter media buys accurately in media systems and adhere to Q&A process
• Liaise with finance team on draft billing and obtain approvals for client invoices
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with team members and vendors

📋 Requirements

• Mid-level experience in finance/accounting (preferably in media agency)
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tableau

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Media Ocean / DDS and Prisma media finance systems
• Experience with finance reporting automation practices
