💼 About This Role

You'll sit at the intersection of implementation, retention, and revenue, running our onboarding engine and building systems to prevent churn. You'll work directly with the CEO on reconciling customer accounts and designing the implementation playbook. This high-autonomy role is for someone who sees operational drag and immediately designs the system to eliminate it.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Reconcile existing customer accounts and build health score system
  • Design the definitive implementation playbook to cut time-to-value
  • Own the CS tech stack and build churn risk dashboards
  • Operationalize renewal and expansion workflows end-to-end

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in high-agency CS Ops, Implementation, or RevOps roles
  • Expert in Sheets, CS metrics, data visualization tools, and AI
  • Experience managing high-touch strategic/enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS
  • Based in NYC and willing to work in-office 5 days/week
