Description

You will develop and manage strategic partnerships with large partners to enable Stripe's product strategy and deliver new capabilities to Stripe users. You will drive high-impact initiatives across new products, geographic expansion, user advocacy, and policy, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years partnerships experience, 5+ years business development with financial institutions or fintech
  • Strong agency and ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization
  • Strong communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical acumen to understand Stripe's product portfolio and define partnership requirements
  • 5+ years negotiating commercial deals with top financial and technology institutions

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and develop business cases for new strategic partnerships across verticals (e.g., AI, Platforms, Payment Methods)
  • Manage strategic planning, negotiation, and new partnership development
  • Ensure structured deal management with milestones, KPIs, and alignment on mutual interests
  • Navigate largest partners with product, operations, marketing, and sales to execute deals
  • Develop and grow relationships with partners, including senior executives
