Description

You will lead a team of recruiters to scale production hiring at a defense technology company, collaborating with leaders to define hiring needs and drive full-cycle recruiting. You'll build talent pipelines and strategy while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience hiring top tier talent
• 3+ years working with senior level leaders on talent strategies
• 2+ years mentoring or managing a small team of recruiters
• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering roles
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Ashville, OH office

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of recruiters/sourcers to support scaling production needs
• Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle, providing effective communication and reporting
• Conduct high-volume interviews and influence hiring manager preferences
• Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns
• Build talent maps to generate market insights and drive diverse talent into the organization
