Description

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining total quality and training for multiple product lines within the manufacturing facility. You'll review quality data, drive product and process improvements, and work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to enhance production efficiency and product quality. The role is fast-paced and diverse, with no two days the same.

Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and tools
• Comfortable working on the production floor

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures
• Spend 95% of time on manufacturing floor implementing quality solutions
• Take total responsibility for product quality including procured and in-house parts, assembly, testing, and packaging
• Review internal and external quality data to drive improvements and increase reliability
• Work with plant engineers and line technicians to build quality into production processes
