💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the operational bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering, ensuring healthcare clients see value quickly and that internal teams are aligned throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll lead client onboarding and drive implementation success through hands-on coordination. This is a high-ownership role in a rapidly scaling startup with a $250M Series E from Andreessen Horowitz.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client-facing engagements and track progress on customer calls
• Own onboarding and implementation for healthcare clients
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove blockers
• Monitor client adoption and identify improvement opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, banking, startup operations, or as a founder
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize in an unstructured environment
• Willingness to work in person 5 days a week
