Description

As a Care Coordinator, you'll be the first and last touchpoint for clients and their pets, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You'll manage appointment schedules, handle calls and emails, and keep the clinic clean and well-stocked, all while providing high-level hospitality.

Requirements

• 1+ year customer service, hospitality, or receptionist experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Comfortable with typing and multiple computer systems

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and manage check-in/check-out
• Manage daily appointment and walk-in schedules
• Take and make calls, communicate via email
• Keep common areas clean and well-stocked
• Provide hospitality and answer client questions
