💼 About This Role

You'll guide enterprise customers through AI transformation as part of our Customer Success team, owning adoption, expansion, and retention for a portfolio of accounts. You'll host workshops, build structured account plans, and work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering and Product. You'll build AI agents and workflows to automate your own role and drive measurable AI adoption across complex organizations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts for adoption, retention, and expansion
• Drive AI transformation from first use case to company-wide rollout
• Host engaging workshops that generate new use cases and momentum
• Build structured account plans with stakeholder maps and growth opportunities
• Run strategic customer conversations including QBRs and executive reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing role with enterprise customers
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and automating workflows
• Commercially strong with enterprise stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German (C1+) and English
