💼 About This Role

You'll own the internationalization of our fundraising platform, scaling it from $50M toward $200M+ ARR across the UK and Europe. You'll navigate regulatory and localization requirements, coordinate multiple teams, and drive end-to-end market launches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritize international markets based on volume potential and ease of entry
• Define required product adaptations: compliance, payment methods, localization
• Coordinate across legal, finance, product, and GTM teams to align on timelines
• Own launches from market selection through go-live and track post-launch outcomes

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong delivery mindset with a track record of shipping and meeting commitments
• Experience at both a large company and a startup (process vs. speed)
• Prior experience with product localization, internationalization, or multi-market expansion
