You will drive go-to-market and expansion efforts by managing CRM data, developing processes, and providing insights to sales, marketing, and customer success teams at a fast-growing supply chain cybersecurity company.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or CS Ops role
• Strong enablement instincts for training and documentation
• Solid data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience integrating GTM tooling and enrichment workflows

Responsibilities

• Own CRM configuration and data reliability across revenue teams
• Clean, upload, deduplicate, and maintain data quality
• Build reports and dashboards for decision-making
• Bridge GTM teams and tooling through discovery and solutions
• Support territory assignment, ICP tiering, and account segmentation
