You'll ensure accurate creation, processing, and maintenance of customer orders throughout the subscription lifecycle. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and maintain data integrity. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process incoming orders according to company policies.
• Partner with Finance and Commercial Strategy on complex deals.
• Support Sales teams on booking and subscription inquiries.
• Reconcile SFDC and accounting system monthly.

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years in Order Management or Sales Operations.
• Hands-on with CRM/billing systems like Salesforce, NetSuite.
• Understanding of SaaS subscription models and renewals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with quote-to-cash processes.
• Understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• SQL or advanced Excel skills.
