You'll lead the Wi‑Fi software organization in Taiwan, owning end‑to‑end development for Roku devices. You'll drive wireless connectivity across product lines and collaborate with global engineering teams to ship high‑volume consumer products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth software roadmap and execution
• Manage and mentor a wireless software engineering team
• Drive end‑to‑end product development for wireless features
• Collaborate with RF, hardware, QA, and SoC vendors

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Wi‑Fi/BT technology and software development
• Experience with wireless connectivity software such as Wi‑Fi and BT/BLE drivers
• Experience working with SoC vendors and wireless chipset suppliers
• Proven track record of building and managing engineering teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Bluetooth/BLE and multi‑radio coexistence experience
• Deep understanding of SoC architectures in consumer electronics
• Ability to localize issues across RF, SoC, firmware, and OS
