💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team by providing an excellent customer experience and using your pop culture knowledge to help train new recruits. You'll assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets. You'll help ensure fellow fans get the merch they love while supporting community hunger relief through every purchase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Support maintenance of stock room and store tidiness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
