Description

You will lead the monthly close process, manage general ledger accounting, oversee accounts payable and receivable, implement internal controls, and support budgeting and forecasting. Your work ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance, enabling Neros to rapidly scale its defense technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management or senior role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close process and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Oversee accounts payable and procurement, partnering with supply chain and production teams
• Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections, collaborating with production and business development
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and key performance metrics
