You'll lead Planet's Talent Acquisition function, scaling the team globally by building capacity models, implementing pod-based recruiting structures, and managing external partners. Your primary impact is system-level: ensuring every talent partner can deliver maximum effectiveness against hiring plans.

Requirements

• Experience leading a Talent Acquisition function with direct team management.
• Proven ability to build capacity models and allocate resources based on hiring demand.
• Experience transitioning from generalist to domain-aligned recruiting models.
• Strong data analytics skills for pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source-of-hire reporting.
• Experience managing agency and vendor relationships for specialized and global hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA function and set strategic direction for hiring across all business units and geographies.
• Build and maintain quarterly capacity model to map delivery against demand.
• Implement pod-based recruiting model with domain-aligned Talent Partners.
• Manage team of Talent Partners and Sourcers, coaching on sourcing, engagement, and negotiation.
• Own external partner ecosystem including agencies, search firms, and RPO vendors.
