• Lead and model Rothy's Experience through exceptional service and selling
• Drive personal and team sales results through coaching and team selling
• Create lasting customer relationships via strong clienteling practices
• Assist with in-store events and activations to engage the community

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Experience supporting operational tasks like merchandising or stockroom
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
