🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of engineers across several products and codebases.
• Own technical direction, standards, and hands-on code review.
• Triage and solve Support tickets to address urgent customer needs.
• Partner with Product and Design to prioritize the most valuable problems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Go or Ruby on Rails.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical work across multiple systems in a startup.
• Track record of shipping production software that customers actively use.
