You'll lead the S&OP planning process for Coupang's Taiwan operations, ensuring infrastructure, labor, and inventory stay aligned with customer demand. You'll act as the network gatekeeper, scaling capacity while automating manual workflows. This role offers a chance to shape the supply chain strategy of a fast-growing e-commerce company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily volume projections and inbound/outbound capacity planning
• Monitor network layer rules and case mapping to prevent bottlenecks
• Lead inventory build-up strategies for peak seasons
• Automate manual data workflows in S&OP processes

📋 Requirements

• Experience with Excel, statistical modeling, and optimization
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field; MBA preferred
• Extensive experience in supply chain management and forecasting
• Experience in data processing and building models
