๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own the portfolio Support programme for European software companies, driving cost and efficiency improvements across multiple business units. You'll work directly with CEOs and Support Managers to deliver measurable P&L impact and scale the programme through AI and repeatable playbooks.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Run the assessment-to-execution cycle for each company in the current cohort.
  • Drive Support operating-ratio improvements and translate to P&L impact.
  • Lead diagnostic conversations with CEOs and Support Managers.
  • Present programme results and recommendations to senior team.
  • Use AI in programme processes and drive AI adoption in BU Support operations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Operational leadership experience in Support within software businesses.
  • Strong P&L grasp โ€” how Support cost flows through gross margin.
  • Comfort engaging CEOs on cost optimisation with commercial literacy.
  • Track record delivering measurable cost or efficiency outcomes in Support.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience operating across a portfolio or multi-BU structure.
  • Familiarity with common Support tooling (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot Service Hub, Jira).
  • Exposure to post-acquisition integration environments.
