You'll design and build full-stack applications for the Core Products team at Crosslake, a firm helping private equity manage technology value creation. You'll own the full SDLC and ship production-ready features in short cycles with minimal handoffs. This role leverages modern AI-enabled workflows to accelerate delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build full-stack applications from concept to production
• Own the full SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration
• Work within a small pod to deliver quickly with high autonomy
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and code quality

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack capability (frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure)
• Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deep experience with AI coding harnesses and AI-assisted development tools

• Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
• Experience with AI engineering building agentic workflows (e.g., Pydantic AI, CrewAI, LangGraph)
