🎯 What You'll Do

• Own OH&S governance and advise senior leadership on safety risks.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause failure analysis.
• Deliver safety training and coordinate regulatory audits.
• Manage emergency response, drills, and life-safety programs.

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years of progressive EH&S experience in industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910/1926.
• Experience leading incident investigations and corrective action programs.
• Ability to develop and deliver safety training curricula.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• CSP or CHMM certification.
• Experience with ISO 45001 or equivalent OH&S management systems.
