Description

You will own the strategy and execution for AI agents that interact with customers, integrating into business systems to drive revenue. You'll prototype, code, and ship features alongside engineers using AI tools, spending time with customers to understand their workflows and iterating rapidly based on real usage.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years building products with a builder mindset
• Customer-obsessed, understanding real workflows over committee meetings
• Technically curious and able to work with systems
• Experience shipping products that customers love
• Willingness to use AI tools for prototyping and shipping

Responsibilities

• Own strategy end-to-end, from customer-facing features to platform infrastructure
• Prototype, write code, and ship features alongside engineers using AI tools
• Spend time with customers to understand workflows and identify gaps
• Ship features quickly and iterate based on real usage data
• Make company-level decisions on architecture, partnerships, and integrations
