Description

You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of production and facilities equipment, manage vendors and contractors, ensure safety and food quality standards, and track maintenance costs and metrics at a Calgary production center.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging industry
• Electrical, mechanical, and maintenance-related certifications
• Knowledge of trades related to site facilities repair and overhaul
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance processes and systems
• Knowledge of OHS and Food Safety in warehouse/production environment

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for facilities and maintenance escalations
• Manage maintenance tickets and master preventive maintenance schedule
• Lead a team of technicians to troubleshoot and repair assets
• Source and manage MRO spare parts, consumables, and tools
• Manage contractors, define scope of work, and ensure deliverables
