You'll drive retention and growth by building trusted relationships with VP/C-suite leaders and delivering data-backed strategic recommendations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a $3M–$7M+ ARR book of business and drive retention and growth
• Develop deep understanding of customers' business objectives and success criteria
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders
• Conduct comprehensive business reviews with data-backed recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of customer management, account management, or vendor management experience
• Experience owning a $3M–$7M+ ARR book of business or comparable scale
• Enterprise experience working with large, recognizable brands in e-commerce or SaaS
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with VP and C-suite leaders

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in retail-tech or mar-tech
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, BigCommerce, Magento
• Effectiveness in leveraging AI tools to drive business outcomes
